My career path has been anything but linear—spanning publishing, fashion, design, cannabis, and biotech. Along the way, entrepreneurship, healing, and deep unlearning helped me redefine success on my own terms and build a life rooted in creativity, clarity, and self-trust.
Today, I help high-achieving women break cycles of burnout, regulate their nervous systems, and reclaim their voice so they can lead, love, and live in alignment. My work lives at the intersection of personal evolution, feminine power, and embodied wealth.
I grew up in an immigrant family, first in Australia and then in America, where hard work, self-sacrifice, and staying humble were highly valued. Like many women, I was taught that being “good” meant being quiet, helpful, and never too much.
I followed the rules, chased success, and built an impressive life by traditional standards, but deep down, I felt disconnected, dysregulated, and far from fulfilled.
I had mastered putting others’ needs before my own. I silenced my truth to avoid conflict, abandoned myself to be liked,
and ignored the signals my body was sending—until it couldn’t be ignored anymore.
The cost was chronic stress, emotional shutdown, and a body that no longer felt like a safe place to be.
It wasn’t until I hit emotional burnout that I realized: it’s not enough to achieve the life you want—you have to feel safe enough to hold it.
I stopped outsourcing my worth to results and started aligning my inner world with what I truly desired. Through nervous system work, somatic healing, and years of studying high-performance psychology, embodiment, and values-based design, I built a new framework for success. One that was sustainable, feminine, and fully mine.
Today, I guide high-achieving, growth-driven, deeply intentional women to regulate their nervous systems, realign their wealth across all areas of life, and finally feel safe receiving everything they’ve been calling in.
Spiritual abundance
Abundance—wealth and worldly luxuries—aren’t always embraced by the spiritual community. But, I believe that desire, pleasure and wanting more are not sins, but rather a portal to spiritual awakening. I live under an agreement with the divine that all of our desires are given to us for a reason. I’m convinced that it's imperative that more money flows into the hands of spiritual people. My purpose is to wake people up to a spiritual path and inspire people to expeirence what’s possible when you have the audacity to dream.
family
To me, family is more than biology—it’s legacy, lineage, and the invisible threads that connect us across generations. I believe in honoring where we come from, acknowledging the stories, struggles, and sacrifices that shaped us. Science now affirms what many ancient cultures have long known: through epigenetics, trauma can be inherited—and so can healing. When we choose to do the inner work, we aren’t just transforming our own lives—we’re healing seven generations forward and seven generations back. This value guides the way I live, lead, and serve: with reverence for my roots and responsibility to those who came before and those who will come after.

I am devoted to deep, authentic connection—with myself, with the people I love, and with the work I offer the world. Connection begins with self-awareness: the willingness to know, meet, and hold all parts of myself with compassion. It extends to nurturing meaningful relationships built on truth, care, and reciprocity. And it lives in how I show up in my career—with integrity, purpose, and a desire to create impact that ripples outward. I believe that when we are truly connected—to ourselves, our circles, and our communities—we unlock our fullest expression and contribution.

An aesthete by heart and philosophical in nature, my expression through visual arts explores the concepts of transparency, family heritage, beauty, craftsmanship, and culture.
In 2014 I created an acrylic clutch handbag line that honors my husband’s family heritage of acrylic manufacturing. My all-acrylic clutch handbags have become my canvas. Each one is handmade by my father-in-law and is hand painted or adorned by me. The one-of-a-kind couture collectables are available through commission.
